Features and Advantages
These Locking Plates for fracture surgery are made of pure titanium,which retains its characteristics of good biocompatibility,high hardness,and good corrosion resistance.Surface anodization treatment can also better enhance the hardness of bone plates.The combined hole design in the plate allows the use of both locking and cortical screws,which can be angulated for stabilization or pressurization as needed.Both ends of the plate are cone shaped for easy insertion.
Surgical methods
All post injury operations were performed under brachial plexus block anesthesia using a balloon tourniquet.For open fractures,the original wound was used as far as possible,and the extended incision or auxiliary incision was designed according to the wound condition if necessary.For closed fractures,the conventional dorsal metacarpophalangeal incision was used according to the fracture site.The blood clots and embedded soft tissues at the fracture end were removed,the periosteum was removed as little as possible,and the bone fragments with blood supply were retained.If necessary,Kirschner's bone fragments could be used for reduction and fixation first,and the fracture end could be reduced under direct vision and inserted with appropriate mini-plates and screws.
