4. Surface treatment, the surface of the bone plate needs to be polished, sandblasted,anodized and other treatments to increase the surface hardness and beauty.
5. Inspection quality, the quality inspection of bone plate mainly includes appearance inspection,size inspection,material composition analysis,etc.,to ensure that the product meets the standard requirements.
6. Packaging and shipment,after the manufacture of the titanium locking plate is completed,it needs to be packaged and shipped.Packing requirements are strict to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation.We use non-sterilized packaging: PET film + dialysis paper double-layer packaging and carton packaging.
