Humeral combined External Fixator system is divided into condylar external fixator and humeral external fixator. 

The condylar upper limb ex fix is mainly suitable for humeral epicondyle, tibial epicondyle, and distal fractures. 

The Z-frame (T type) humeral external fixator is suitable for multiple humeral fracture.
