Acetabular fractures can be divided into single acetabular fractures and complex acetabular fractures.Single acetabular fractures can be classified into five types,including posterior wall, posterior column,anterior wall,anterior column,and transverse fractures.Complex acetabular fractures can be divided into posterior wall and posterior column fractures.Transverse with posterior wall fracture.Anterior fractures included anterior wall,anterior column and posterior hemitransverse fractures,that is,there were anterior fractures and posterior fractures.T-shaped fracture,that is,the fracture line was T-shaped,and the anterior and posterior ends of the acetabulum were separated. Both columns of the acetabulum were fractured.Doctors need to select the corresponding Locking Plate according to different fracture conditions to carry out reasonable and effective internal fixation of acetabular fractures.
