The coronoid process of the ulna is an important part of the semilunar notch of the proximal ulna. Its existence prevents the displacement of the distal humerus anteriorly and inferiorly and the proximal ulna posteriorly and superiorly, which is the main structure to maintain the stability of the joint. The first is conservative treatment, which is fixed by manual reduction and splint or plaster.
