The PFNA Intramedullary Nail is an femur Interlocking Nail used to treat femoral fractures.

Indications for short PFNA intramedullary nails

Characteristics
1. The 130° cervical trunk Angle design of the main nail conforms to the anatomical design of the femoral neck. The design of proximal abduction Angle of 5° is more consistent with Asian human anatomy, with insertion from the apex of the greater trochanter. The proximal external side of the main nail was cut to avoid irritation to the lateral femoris muscle, and the distal long groove was designed to effectively avoid stress fracture.
