From July 7 to 8, 2023, "The 8th China Spine Endoscopy Conference, the 2023 Annual meeting of the Spine Endoscopy Department of the Orthopedic Minimally Invasive Branch of the Henan Provincial Rehabilitation Medical Association" was held in Zhengzhou. The conference was co-sponsored by the Department of Spinal Endoscopy, Orthopedics Branch of China Association for International Exchange of Healthcare Promotion, and the Spinal Minimally Invasive Group of Orthopedics Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association, and was hosted by Luoyang Bone-setting Hospital of Henan Province (Henan Orthopedics Hospital).
In the academic exchange session, the first meeting after the epidemic in 3 years will review and display the "cervical spine application, thoracic spine application, lumbar spine simple decompression, repair, endoscopic fusion, innovative endoscopic technology, digital assisted endoscopic technology" in the field of spinal endoscopy in China in the form of military parade. Each module contains a theme report, expert discussion, and main review. Experts give conclusions on the technical achievements and future development direction of each module. The scale of this meeting is huge, more than 100 domestic spinal minimally invasive experts and more than 700 orthopedics from inside and outside the province went to the grand event, gathered together, collected the essence of 100, on the current spinal minimally invasive technology of new concepts, new technologies, new progress, clinical experience sharing and technological frontier exploration.
This conference not only covers traditional spinal endoscopy techniques, but also showcases many innovative minimally invasive spinal endoscopy techniques. The success of this meeting played an important role in the field of minimally invasive spinal endoscopy in China, and laid a solid foundation for future development.
